 Keeping our customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love what you get from Sparrow, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges in case you are not fully satisfied.

 


 

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online purchases may be exchanged in-store only if notified by e-mail 24 hours in advance.  Please include customer name and order number in e-mail.

All sale items & earrings are final sale.  

Items eligible for returns must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date.  Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and be free of any stains of any kind with the original tags on.

After your return has been received refunds will be issued within 5 business days.  Please include an invoice to receive a refund for the full amount you paid.  Be sure to note your tracking number from your label.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

 


IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items must be unworn with tags still attached (excluding final sale items and earrings), and may be returned for in-store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Receipt must be present. In-store credit will be applied to a gift certificate. 

*In-Store Holiday Returns: After November 1st, all items with tags attached may be returned until January 14th for in-store credit or exchange. Receipt or gift receipt must be present.
